Prior to founding Titan USA Commercial Real Estate Services, Jason began his surveying career in 2000 as an instrument man/rod man for a small multi-state surveying firm that specialized in ALTA and wireless communication surveys. With a thirst for responsibility and a solid reputation for quality work and timeliness, he was promoted to party chief as a one-man survey operation and performed a variety of surveys in multiple states.

A desire to excel in all aspects of the business led him to a change of scenery with a national due diligence provider. Here, Jason continued to expand his skill set while gaining valuable experience in the field and office.

In 2005, he returned to the company where he began his career and over the next decade was an integral part of a foundation that led to explosive growth on a national level, overseeing multiple departments and managing survey portfolios for some of the largest commercial real estate clients in the industry.

In November of 2016, Jason launched Titan USA Commercial Real Estate Services with a goal of exceeding the expectations of clients through outstanding communication, problem solving expertise, competitive pricing and ensuring on-time project completion.

Ed joined Titan USA Commercial Real Estate Services in November of 2018. His surveying career started in 1974 as an Artillery Surveyor in the United States Army. With over 40 years of surveying and mapping experience, Ed has worked for the Unites States Government, a large integrated natural gas company and several surveying and engineering firms.

Ed's experience includes multiple types of surveys with specialties in Boundary Surveys, Right of Way Surveys and Oil & Gas Surveys.

Ed's education includes a Land Surveying degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Petroleum Technology degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ed was the recipient of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyor's "1998 Surveyor of the Year" award.
